A PATH BACK FROM DISBARMENT

On October 15, 2024, the New Jersey Supreme Court issued the following Administrative Determination and Order. Lawyers seeking readmission after disbarment must meet several conditions which are detailed in the Order. A new body, the Attorney Regulatory Board, will handle petitions for readmission.
