General Application Information
FEES & DEADLINES
Applications must be submitted to the Board of Bar Examiners in accordance with the following fee schedule. Fees are non-refundable
- Each candidate must either pay by credit card or send via postal mail a cashier's check or money order to complete an application for admission to the bar examination. The cashier's check or money order is to be made payable to the Secretary, Board of Bar Examiners.
- Personal checks or cash are not accepted.
- Applications received without payment will be considered late.
- Credit card payments must be received prior to 11:30 p.m. EST to ensure they are posted on the same day.
- Credit card transactions will not be processed from 11:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m. EST.

DRIVER'S ABSTRACTS
NJ Driver's Abstract Request Form (It is highly recommended that this form be mailed to the Abstract Unit instead of requesting the abstract in person. Local DMV offices may not be able to provide the appropriate abstract.)
California Driver's Abstracts Applicants who require a California abstract must request form INF-1125. No other abstract will be accepted.
